The silky forest honey of LOOV comes from the beehives of Taali apiary, located in the certified collection ares in the forests of Lääne-Virumaa. Organic forest honey contains the power of nectar from thousands of wild plants. The most efficacious honey is considered to be that collected from our forest medicinal herbs. The non-heat-treated and non-pasteurised forest honey of LOOV is “live honey” that changes its texture according to the temperature – it crystallises at low temperatures, softens at warm temperatures, and melts at body temperature.
