Our Sourcing: We have sourced and shortlisted the best available products in each category, and most of our products are vegan, gluten-free, and as blood-sugar-friendly, organic, raw and fair trade as available. We work with suppliers who share similar values with us and most of them are independent family-run businesses who take an uncompromising approach in their sourcing and production. We are continuously looking out for new suppliers and products to bring you the best.
Our Pricing: Since we opened in 2008, we have kept same or similar prices in most products or reduced our prices as we grew in scale. All our customer service and consulting team members are trained in nutrition and or related health discipline. We are all bi-lingual in English and Chinese.
