Sales Policy and Delivery

When you order from us, you will be asked to create an account and a password.  This password should be kept confidential as you will be responsible for all orders that are submitted under your password. You agree to notify i-Detox immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You must be over the age of 13 to set up an account with us.  If you are not, please rely on a parent or guardian to assist you.  

i-Detox will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge.  However, you may be held liable for any losses incurred by i-Detox or another party due to someone else using your account or password.

If you suspect that your password is no longer safe, please change your password immediately following the steps as prompted by our system. 

The personal details that you provide are governed by a strict privacy policy. While we will take every precaution to avoid any security breach of Site and our information management system, we cannot guarantee absolute security.  You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any security breach of our Site and information management system.

Membership

Any new customer who sets up an account with us will automatically become our “Regular Member”.  Regular Member will pay the listed retail price for all products and services.

i-Detox reserves the right to make the final decision in case of any disputes.

Transaction Currency

All transactions are processed in Hong Kong dollars.

Order Acceptance

Prices and availability of products and services on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and i-Detox reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).

The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell.

i-Detox reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer.

Delivery Policy

Delivery Information

i-Detox delivers every day of the week, including Sundays.  Order cut-off is 2 pm for next business day delivery.  Delivery will be arranged after full payment has been received.  Please place your order by 2 pm Fridays if you wish to have delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays.

There will be no deliveries on public holidays or during "Acts of Nature" (including Black Rain warning or when a Typhoon Signal 8 has been raised or notice has been given that it will be raised during the day)

Please select your desired delivery time frame at check-out.  While we will try our best to meet your specified delivery time, we may need to select a different time. You will be notified in a timely manner if such circumstance arises. The following times can be selected for next day deliveries: 8am-12 noon,  12 noon-6pm, and 6-9pm.

Equipment may take slightly longer for delivery.  Please inquire at the time of ordering.

Delivery Cost:

*Discovery Bay and outlying islands customers: Please only select delivery day as time specification is unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

For areas of Hong Kong other than shown above and parcels over 10kg, please inquire with us about delivery charge.

Returns & Refund Policy

• i-Detox will be pleased to exchange any faulty appliances for new ones provided that they are unused and in their original packaging and in new condition, within one week of purchase. 
• Non-refrigerated products can be exchanged for store credit if they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging and in new and saleable condition within one week of purchase.   We regret that products requiring refrigeration are not exchangeable or returnable. 
• No exchange and No refund for all discounted items.
• i-Detox does not issue any refunds for any products sold or services delivered.
• i-Detox reserves the right to final decision in case of any disputes.
