Just 2 sprays inside the mouth, onto the left and right sides inside the cheeks, can yield 25 μg Vitamin D3.  This formula has a light menthol taste, contains no alcohol, gluten or diary ingredients, and can be taken by vegans and vegetarians.

Vitamin D3 (Colecalciferol) 25 μg, Purified water, PEG 40 hydrogenated castor oil, Glycerol, Maize oil, Citric Acid, Potassium sorbate, Steviol glycosides, Peppermint oil.

Directions for use: Take 2 sprays (300 microlitres), once a day, or directed by your health professional.  Spray on the inside of the cheeks.
