The moringa tree is native to Africa and Asia and has been prized by traditional societies for hundreds of years due to its extensive health benefits.
Aduna Moringa is one of the most nutrient-dense raw wholefoods on the planet. It is a rich source of vitamin A, E, K, B6, riboflavin (B2), potassium, calcium, phosphorous, iron and a source of thiamin (B1), niacin (B3) and zinc. Moringa contains all 9 essential amino acids which are unusual in plants.
According to EFSA (European Food Standards Authority), to qualify as a source a food must contain 15% of the recommended daily allowance (RDA) of the vitamin or mineral per 100g. To qualify as a rich source it must contain at least 30%. Anything below these levels cannot be claimed and is a trace. This is a useful way of measuring nutrient density.

Directions: We recommend taking 2-4 teaspoons per day. Blend into your favorite shake or smoothie recipe, sprinkle onto muesli, porridge, yogurts or wherever else your imagination takes you.
